It would have taken just as much time and effort to grab him and toss him sideways to the floor, the fact that she lifted him over her head and tossed him over the back of her chair shows a disregard for his wellbeing. Not to mention the vodka incident. Alcohol is EXTREMELY toxic to cats.

Yeah, it’s not like Broken Age didn’t take forever to release and turned out to be terrible or anything... Or Space Base DF9 that never got finished yet they still try to trick people into buying it by keeping it on sale to this day.

I believe you’re right, but not for the reason you think you are right. I think most of the backers probably went with a PS4 copy.

They wouldn’t sell them on GOG because that’s not what GOG is. GOG is more akin to Steam or Epic store. They wouldn’t sell Steam codes, because they only sell DRM free games and Steam Games are by defininition not DRM-Free.

It’s Not. The first boss and maybe 2 others are hard(ish), otherwise, it’s somewhat easy. Although it had harder difficulties so maybe that makes it tougher.

That is probably one of the hardest bosses because you’re a bit underleveled for it. I’d suggest maybe grinding a level or two. It gets easier for a while after that, excluding the one earlyish boss...

As a backer of both, I’d argue that. Bloodstained definitely added and changed things in a positive way. Also the Metroidvanias of the SOTN era hold up a LOT better than 3d platformers of that era. Yooka-Laylee was too rigidly hamstrung by trying to be an N64 era platformer and was worse for it. Bloodstained followed

As another backer, I’m curious what your concerns are.

Also I’d add that the crafting definitely does add something new, as does a few of the later powerup and level design ideas.

Yeah, as someone who owns the PC, PS4 and Switch versions it’s far from broken. Hell I had more issues (crashing, lockups and literally one time when opening a book having it hang 30 seconds to load the texture) with the PC version than the Switch one.

Agreed, for as much as people talked up games from Shadow Complex to Hollow Knight to Guacamelee to Ori etcl, I fell off all of them pretty easily but Bloodstained hooked me until the end.

Sounds to me like you got the ‘game over’ bad ending and not the real ending.

Lesser than modern ‘metroidvanias’, yet I inevitably fall off all of those games that people raved about and this game I went to completion with. So, maybe newer isn’t always better.

God yes THIS... all the way to the different parts not looking like they were designed in the same art style.

Yeah, I don’t get how no one is talking about that elephant in the room, I mean yay spiritual successor to Actraiser, but this art is pretty bad. The character portraits are even worse and don’t fit with the rest of how it looks.

Now that Wario has been linked to drug crime, is Nintendo going to rush to replace him in every game he’s been in? Isn’t that how it works in Japan? 😏

Yep, it certainly is. I own a blue and a silver version of this for the PS2.

I got 2 bog standard Xbone controllers I’ll trade ya for this. One barely used and the other never used (came with my X and I already had an elite controller by then).

Since people are using this comment section to beg for stuff back, I want Pepsi to bring back Pepsi Kona.
