As someone who had previously not played any Yakuza games before 4, I think it's perfectly fine to jump right into it. It really doesn't get much into the previous games backstory and once you get to the supposed 'real' protagonist of the series he really just seems like another character that you're meeting.

Miles Edgeworth in an Ace Attorney game?! I do not believe you!

You can't HOLD IT!!!, it being digital there's nothing to hold. :P

oooooor, some other publisher who doesn't need a game to sell 500k to make a profit will pick up future games for US release and actually release them physically, probably Xseed or Atlus.

Agreed. I love how people claim that not buying is somehow sabotaging the series. If anything, it means we'll likely get a physical release of the next game when Capcom passes on it and Xseed picks up the US distribution.

Little boxes on the hillside,
Little boxes made of ticky tacky,
Little boxes on the hillside,
Little boxes all the same.
There's a green one and a pink one
And a blue one and a yellow one,
And they're all made out of ticky tacky
And they all look just the same.

What is with his head? His hair is so plastic that It looks like the side of a Ken doll...

Two CD-I games actually, Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon and Zelda's Adventure

"The game we launched is only the beginning for us – it’s not final and it never will be. In many ways, we built an MMO."

Ooooh... everyone's favorite character from the entire Shining Force Series. Diablo-clone gal! Not to mention characters from my other favorite RPG series, Tekken!

First off, FFXIII-2 Sold 41.8% of what FFXIII sold. Don't make shit up, look it up.

Here's an argument against PC gaming replacing consoles...

Yep, no proprietary hard drives in the 360s, just pop in a laptop drive and go... oh wait, thats the PS3... They all find their way to wheedle their way into your wallet. Stick up for your brand of choice all you want, but they're ALL trying to find some way to screw you out of cash. Microsoft is NOT an exception to

"Wots a Sooper Nintendo? We already have a Nintendo so it's the same right?"

Wah Wah Wah! A game I want isn't coming out on the system of my choice. So what. Get over it and either buy the system or don't play the game.

A great western example of weird and crazy that was given accolades, as you said because it was different, was Saints Row the Third. It's loved for exactly what it is, unafraid to be a zany video game with silly video gameness to it instead of being so self serious...
