His family has/had a famous tv show, lots of money, fame, and most likely compared to her upbringing - is living much better than she could have hoped for. They have teams. I assure you. They may some sketches or two for the runway, but they have very talented people working for them. The process is a bit more complicated than just making a drawing, and they may give direction by way of samples and input - but if you think MK has time to design...... He heads a team.
