I'm Confused.....It seems the 3G Xoom will be hardware upgradeable Service tech, not customer) to 4G. This implies that the radio is modular. Assuming modularity, if I buy a WiFi-only Xoom, could I later ADD the 4G LTE radio as an upgrade? And if its a Software Update then why not allow the customer to upgrade it?
