We are not struggling to meet the needs of the living in terms of resources. The problems come in making sure those resources successfully get to the places they are needed. This problem has more to do with people’s behavior than anything else.

I’m just here to rant about this whole “two-part season” shit. What is the point of calling two sets of 10 episodes aired a year apart the same season? Just say they are different seasons!
