@stoke: Are you suggesting that Hammy DIED (ala Paul) and they replaced him with a look-alike?

She seems like a trampy (and that's hard to do) Madonna, but an ugly version with gads more hype than talent.

Needs more Euro-bashing, real men.

@wellrested: It's not as bad as most people fear, I would think. Just have to readjust your programmed beliefs on what these did. People used to sit outside Las Vegas and watch these things explode all the time. More powerful ones and not that great a distance.

My Dad's ship was not far off the coast and heard/felt the bomb. It's amazing that there are so many long-living survivors that were very close to the blast. One would be led to believe the long term effects were devastating, but many appear to live well past expectations.

This and bring back The Black Hole. Love(d) them.

@bjaxon: we have pagers at work. and likely you are a customer of ours.

I have always liked the smell of gasoline, too.

I would say one of any number of Mercedes Diesel cars. But if you think of body integrity, the plastic cars have an edge. So, Corvettes.

Looks like a cross between Excalibur and Flash Gordon, the 80s movies. Could be good.

Too bad Tesla didn't live in an age where out of control public spending might have afforded his ideas more funding.

I would say the Canon L1 pre-dates this for interchangeable lenses with consumer prices. If one can say $2,000 is consumer priced, like this Sony.

Hands down, minivans are the most useful (read: utility) vehicle on the road, and ever invented for the masses.

I was just telling someone yesterday, I have an itch somewhere on my body at every moment. Drives me crazy.

Bob is so cool. Hey, who's that in my avatar!? (stupid broken avatar!)

@Nürburgring: That is a nice looking little car. Kinda reminds me of the Opel Manta.

I have seen two polls in past 10 years. One asking which car people have owned that they'd most like to have back. And the other which was the best car of the 80s. CITATION

@Evil-Jeremy: That, my friend, is an afront to minivans. Do not hasten to sully their good standing.
