My readout for a time yesterday said I had averaged 70+ mpg. On fueleconomy.gov, there was an entry for the 01 Insight where a guy got 92 mpg.

Why 1L? 1 liter propels the Metros with 5 passenger capability just fine. 1 L is overkill. That thing would work with far less.

I recall seeing one or a concept one at an auto show. I SWEAR the tires were almost touching one another. That is, the space between the tires underneath the front was amazingly short/small.

full service does not equal just pumping. Full service MEANT clean the windshield, check the fluids, top off, replace wiper blades, etc.

Ouch.
