Historically SF4 is fairly varied at the top 32/16/8. Even a past EVO had the top 8 have everyone with a different character. And in my opinion, seeing Ryu at a top level or easy to understand characters is fun because everyone knows that character's game plan so you know they got to the top by smart reads and plays.
