Fair enough, but houses in the Bay Area USED to not also cost $1,000,000 and horse armor used to be free. My point is yesterday is not today and we are nickel and dimed everywhere in our lives now. A $5 shipping charge for a set of free pins is more than fair.
$5 shipping for pins that’d normally cost $10-$15 each is fine. I’m more irritated for how they, in perfect Nintendo fashion, messed this up.
I did and I really liked it, but I felt like they ran through so much so fast and skimmed over a lot of things they could’ve expanded on. To me, it felt like they made the episodes so that people who know A LOT about games(like watching others docs, reading books) can enjoy them and people who don’t know much, if…
Exhausting, sure, but she’s paid EXPONENTIALLY more to deal with that than what the people she’s abused are being paid. It’s pretty simple - don’t be a fucking asshole to people. No one is perfect, but not everyone is abusive and creating a toxic workplace.
I’m not too sure, honestly - I bought the hard copy about 3-4 years ago. Publisher site lists buying options, but I can’t find much on a Kindle/eBook unfortunately.
Go read “I Am Error” by Nathan Alticem, which is all about the engineering of the NES including all the insane tricks and why/how they worked(such as why you’d see sprites flicker), and check out Modern Vintage Gamer on YouTube. MVC goes into some really technical stuff about different games/consoles and they’re very…
With all that said - all the fraud, all the lawbreaking, all the attempts at ripping the little power Americans have, what are we supposed to do?
It’s probably the 2nd time you heard it because the game has literally been out for two weeks.
I can almost guarantee she’s gotten some money already for the licensing or is getting some money from the sales.
I supposed the big question is how does this compare to Stadia? I have no interest in cloud gaming, but I think Xbox’s start is much more attractive than Google’s. The value of Game Pass is insane considering the quality of games included.
I hope AMD has something worthwhile against NVIDIA. NVIDIA is almost a full month ahead of them and their price for value seems very, very good this generation.
I’m glad to see someone write about this game. I saw the listing on the Xbox store a while back and watched the trailer and I had trouble deciding what it actually was and how it played and I forgot about it since then.
Yeah, objectively - what they did this time around makes absolute perfect sense. I’d say the vast majority of people would never bother going through career 100% with every single skater and it’s much more streamlined to just let people run 100% once, and go through to get stat points with whatever skater they want.
They do, there’s no shortage of content in this honestly. I just really enjoyed running through the career again
I’m 35, work full time at home and have no kids. I would’ve appreciated the option to at least reset progress per-skater because I did enjoy going through the career modes all over again with each of them.
You can actually toggle THPS1 or THPS2 controls(aka no manuals, or no reverts) in the Options in the remake.
Stadia already isn’t very popular and it makes me wonder how xCloud will affect Stadia. There are way better games for the subscription price over Stadia. I can already see the Stadia diehards justifying Stadia over xCloud.
Whaaaaat? Wow, that’s surprising to hear! It IS really deeply rooted in the beat em ups from back then, but I think it’s probably the only recent one that has nailed modernizing it. The combat system is pretty reasonably deep for a game like this; lots of juggles and off the ground combos are possible and it’s…
Forget all of these and just play Streets of Rage 4.
