I’m not going to discount her work at all, but let’s be honest - legendary is a pretty bold claim here. She’s not on par with even John Romero. Legendary is on the levels of Miyamoto, will Wright, and I’ll say Kojima and many others. Playboy game can’t be compared to something like Mario Bros.

I think their point is why is this news worthy of a post.

Fun fact: Every gamer clown who complains about women being in games, has in fact, never had any kind of interaction with a woman. Fucking incels are disgusting.

This boss was FANTASTIC but was followed with what I consider the WORST boss fight in the game - Rufus.

Oh, nm - its like $25 to ship to US

I don’t see this being available to ship in the U.S on their site....so useless article for most readers?

Why click on an article that literally says “Let’s talk about Final Fantasy 7: Remakes Mind Boggling Ending” and comment why it exists? I can see if the headline one “Let’s Talks about the release” and it’s spoils it, but come on now.

Vocal minority of angry clowns like usual. “Aaccckkshually, Tonberry appeared in the corner, 47 steps from this town - and if you had linked materia with a RNG of +5 it’s not that bad - in the context of the remake, this makes no sense. But if it was a 1:1 remake, I’d be complaining how nothing changed

I would argue the combat system breaks down against airborne enemies and one very specific boss at the end of Chapter 17. That boss fight was fucking stupid.

This is a pretty substantial change and I’m glad to see them update the PS4/PC versions.

It is the last MAJOR update, but blogger Ethan here has been on a roll with misinformation in his posts lately(see FF7 isn’t in stock, except was ready to ship on GameStop and Walmart). He should make that clear that it’s likely there will be smaller tweaks/patches/updates but not in this level.

This is such a shit layout for desktop and I hate the new ‘ads’ that have recent articles in a slideshow. Looks tacky and is a terrible experience. This is just wasted space on Desktop.

Both Gamestop and Walmart have it in stock and ready to ship. Ethan just sucks at Googling apparently but needed something to write 900 words about

I’ve looked right now and GameStop and Walmart both have it in stock ready to ship. I don’t know what’s wrong with Ethan’s google, but he wrote nearly 900 words about his plight when he could’ve typed three into google - “FF7 remake buy” - and found out it IS in stock at a couple of places.

Well, Jason(arguably the only journalist here; everyone else is a blogger with this post being proof positive) left so Kotaku is down to “FF7's Air Conditioners look great” and “I can’t find a copy on Amazon, so therefore non exist right now and the google machine is broken”.

Yeah, definitely clear that this was PC oriented and they tried their best, to some success and some larger misses, to translate the UI to Xbox. I don’t know if it’s budgetary, time or what restrictions they were under but I wouldn’t bet against them do a PSO2 V2 or something that rehauls the UI/UX among other things.

I actually couldn’t agree more on this - the only MMO I’ve invested 80+ hours on was Final Fantasy 14 and I felt that did a good job of introducing systems. I normally hate most MMOs because of the grind and combat gets boring or I can’t solo it well, but FF14 hooked my pretty good.

This game feels like a game from 2012, looks like a game from 2012 with some modern flourishes, but goddamn if it isn’t fun and giving me the nostalgia of playing PSO over a 56K Dreamcast connection. My parents couldn’t afford a PC, so I only played Quake III at a friend’s house online and Dreamcast was my first

Can someone tell me what the difference between Baskin and Exotic/Lowe/any of these ‘zoo’ people are? aren’t they keeping animals in captivity to profit all of them? Baskin seems be the best and framing a narrative around why she’s made millions of this stuff.

Yeah, mornings is best...and thank god my grocery store started putting limits on items like TP, eggs, milk etc. Otherwise, there’s a line waiting to get in since they only allow so many people at once. Shopping experience has gone way up since the hoarding shitshow at the beginning of March.
