That’s the thing, you don’t know if it is a sympathetic look at the KKK because you haven’t seen it. The people who are objecting this haven’t seen it either. Those who have, such as Shaun King, have said that the series is not sympathetic at all but an expose.

And they already have a ton of documentaries on such things as bank corruption, political corruption, police corruption but that doesn’t mean people should stop making documentaries on those subjects. Each new one is a different light and a different insight.

Why do people not get this? Yeah I know what they believe. How many people know why, straight from the horses mouth? It’s a fucking documentary, not a manifesto.

Objectivity putting out harmful and repugnant views is not objective.

Have you ever seen a documentary? Legitimate documentaries present information objectively, they don’t glorify anything. More knowledge is never bad.
