Oh, my GOD that was edited?? I thought they just allowed him to write whatever without any editing.
I mean…that's how it reads.

I guess I'm the only one who thought Otto was hot all season long and wondered why they were wasting that good looking actor on a pretty one note role.

I will miss seeing that pretty Quinn face.
But I thought both Quinn and Alison's death's underscored Carrie's decision to say no to Saul. In this line of work you can't expect to go out in a blaze of glory with the world knowing you saved someone. But you'll die terribly and in a really pathetic, quiet, and hidden

You realize that your failure to empathize with a fellow viewer who may simply be reacting in a more detached way (because this is fiction and these are not real people) as opposed to your more passionate connection to the plot has made you to call them a sociopath?
It's good to care about humanity and wonder if we

Nah, I see your point. I just think that it does a disservice to both of them to pit them against each other like the series does.

That is very true. Poor Pete Jones had no clue, and the brothers (?) who directed the terrible movie with Shia LaWhathisname in it? Those folks were struggling and had no clues at all, ever.
Jason had a really clear vision. The editor who worked with Tarantino and others said that it was nice to work with someone who

What does Effie have to do with Len and Jason's exchange? It's not a zero sum game. They can both be flawed, yet talented people.

The point I'm trying to make is that she's an experienced producer. And that that should be enough, without having another person "justify" her view.
I certainly didn't see her an oppressed visionary - she was very clear that her job was to support Jason vision *within the confines of the budget and time*. She's the

Right - but part of being an adult collaborator is saying things like - "that's an interesting idea. Can I keep your idea but make it a little less overt? Will that work?"
It shows that you have a) heard the person b) are thinking about their idea and c) are trying to incorporate your artistic vision onto the note.

Well, he could have written a scene that was more subtle, no? And maybe shared it with Len? That would have solved the issue. When you refuse to collaborate with anyone or share ideas - then you get ideas foisted on you.

Wow. All viewers seem to have seen this as rape or at the very least rapey. It's troubling that the people who wrote the scene, directed the scene, and edited the scene (and I think that editing is the most powerful factor in communicating what you want to viewers) put this together and *didn't* see it as rape.
Not to

He was getting laid in Season 1, episode 1, no? Didn't seem like the series is scared of him having sex. He's got way more action than any other servant, aside from CreepyBates and Anna.
