I have been waiting to see this since it was announced… and I saw it last night with a friend that is a huge Dark Tower fan (I'm just a casual fan) and we both enjoyed it! It wasn't blow-your-mind-great but it was still pretty fun and if you kind of forget about Matthew McC's acting, it was pretty decent. I sincerely

I am one of those people that is watching this series first! I have never been able to get into the original movie or the first series but this one I'm liking. Maybe its the 90s nostalgia vs. the 80s? I'll give the movie another chance but I'm liking this!

Along the lines of the "Treasure Chest of Recipes" I would take the "Mennonite Treasury of Recipes" - also from the 1960s, and one that my grandmother, mother and now I have our own copies. The are always submitted by women using their very old fashioned married name is in "Mrs. Henry Penner" or "Mrs. Victor Rempel".

well i'll keep trying to give her a chance keeping this in mind

well I didn't mention that so that I could name names because I am a polite person, but also because no one ever agrees with me when I say that La*ren L*pkus is painfully unfunny and sucks the wind out of every room she is in. Its all fart and dick jokes and I legit don't understand why she is popular.

Also episode 459 with Maria Thayer was the strangest interview I've heard. At first I thought maybe she didn't know what CBB was, but she has been on the show before and was also on the TV show? It really put me off her in everything I see her in now.

But regardless of any of that, CBB is a huge ray of sunshine in my life and has made everything from driving long distances, to washing dishes, to running, to getting through family-terminal-illnesses just that much easier. Happy five hundo CBB!

I have some specific opinions about popular guests that I DO NOT THINK ARE FUNNY.

I came in here to say that I LOVE CBB SO MUCH

i'd try to like a track and end up liking the artist, or not being able to shuffle all of an artists tracks? its probably all possible but way too much work

I love the content on soundcloud but the app is not intuitive, and its either impossible or too confusing to make up playlists like you can on every other music app. That's the main reason I hardly ever use it.

I know I'm way WAY late to the comments on this - but did no one stop and think about how this "study" would be impossible? A degenerate alcoholic like Frank would die of DTs. Alcohol withdrawal is not a joke and kills people. He wouldn't just be "clean responsible Frank" and then go back to drinking. He would be

oh well then! hahaha that totally makes sense - sorry I missed that comment :)

The nail polish thing on the teeth to me was beyond bizarre. That would never be sustainable as a life-style choice. Nail polish is so toxic it can be hard to even put it on your hands without the fumes bothering people. A choice like wax or some other type of dye would make sense. It was a strange choice.

Not trying to be contrary, but D&D (and Pathfinder) are hugely popular these days, and I find that its more common to find people that play (or are really interested in starting but don't know where to begin) than it is to find people that are completely clueless about it. I only started playing about 5 years ago and

Can you also do a straight up summer playlist? Like a beachy one?

honestly I almost spit my drink out in the cold open when the college roomates said "they're called 'sex workers' and they are the real heroes" and then Kimmy saluted herself saying "Thank you for your service".

Derek Trucks in the Trucks Tedeschi Band - Midnight in Harlem. It brings me to tears damn near every time. You can see the other members of the band just loving it too. It's several minutes long and is so lyrical I can't handle it.

I'm legit blocking off time this weekend to make sure I can binge this. I recently rewatched S2 and almost fell off my couch when Titus sang "Outside Bones".

My mom had cancer removed that was coiled around her brain stem. She lost her voice permanently after radiation and she is still on chemo over a year later (and maybe always will be) but she is still alive and I am grateful for all the medical research that has gotten us this far. if she had gotten this even 10 years
