I would love to live in a country where Warren was a viable candidate. I’d give my left nut (or whatever) for it. But this is not that country and I don’t want her losing her seat if she’s not going to be winning a presidential election.

I’m a Hillz fan (though I recognize her problematic aspects) but you’re right. Her campaign was fucked up. I think she knows that. I hope we’ll see a different Hillary this time around.

That’s because she didn’t HAVE to stretch a dollar - for better or worse, she had way more money than he did. And that’s not why Obama won-he won because he’s less establishment and more likeable. That’s not all about money.

This wasn’t at a dance but the guy I had such a huge crush on in 7th grade asked me out as an April Fools Joke. Just said “will you go out with me?” and just as I was about to pass out with joy, he yells “April Fools!” and runs back to his friends, laughing. Ha. It is but there’s also a misperception that librarians get to hang out and read all day WHICH I WISH WAS TRUE but most of the job (at least my job) involves working with the public which can, you know, be hit or miss.

5 years. I like it. I am a young adult librarian/reference librarian so for me working with teens is the best part but I like helping people find stuff they need.
