Do yourself a favor, buy a BMW or Audi instead. At least those aren't shit.

Wayne Mazda was one dealership I visited when I was car shopping. Some of their new car inventory seemed off but I didn't pay much attention due to being in the used market.

Alright so never live in, visit or even drive through Virginia is what I'm getting here. I can live with never setting foot, or tire, in that state.

Just save some more money and buy an M3. Don't waste time with this pointless crapcan.

This is a terrible list. Yes buy your teen a used luxury car so it can run properly once a week and eat through any money they probably don't have. We're the IIHS and we don't know anything about car buying.

My old 03 XC70 was a 2 seater as well as the front seats and rear seats touched just so taller people up front had legroom. Pretty sad considering it was a station wagon.

This shit is still just lazy design and more likely to created more distracted drivers than anything.

Except expensive. Maybe when they release their cheaper model though...

Title was the best car for a new dad. A high performance car would be terrible for a new dad.

I'd go with a Cube/xB/Kia Soul for a dad. Plenty of room for kids and/or groceries/kids stuff. Funky looking, easily accessible and they are cheap. Cheap to buy, cheap to fix and cheap to insure. If you have a kid, chances are you aren't drowning in money and a Volvo would just eat more of that non-existent cash.

I just bought this 2010 Cube SL and I must say...it's not THAT loud. Around 3500 RPM it gets sort of noisy but it's not unbearable and quiets back down quickly. Interior doesn't smell but then I don't have a shag carpet. Maybe that's where the odors were coming from?

I hate this new trend. All I want is a simple AM/FM/CD with aux jack. Not this big dumb screen. To me, this says "We didn't know how to design a center console so here's a big tablet to take up all that space."

The depressing void of emptyness.

After owning a Volvo and being around them for a while now, the Mercedes.

Cars that aren't particularly engaging to drive mixed with people who refuse to accept that any car might be better whom still live in the past by thinking volvo is the only safe car and anything else is a deathtrap. I just see them as more luxurious and expensive Toyotas at this point as they are no more exciting

Volvo people have partially led me to hate Volvo.

But really, that's just a rebadged Mitsubishi.

God I would love to own a Skoda.

Side story: I sat in a slightly used i-Miev on Sunday at a car dealer and it was fine. Really it was, it wasn't offensively cheap feeling and while I wouldn't own one unless I needed a strictly city car that could go quite a distance when the need arises but for an all electric, cheaper city car, it was fineeeeeeee.
