They used to be rare on my drive home, but I see almost the same number of no lights (no DRLs) as high beams everyday now. It’s insane. It’s absolutely the worst when they meet on a freeway with the high beam vehicle blinding you as you try to change lanes into one with an approaching no light driver.

Don’t forget the other extreme. No beams at night.
