Just reading you saying this makes me tear up.

I’m not crying shut up you’re crying.

It would be problematic for me if not for the years and years and years of following reality television that doesn’t take it so out of the realm of possibility. I cite for evidence the FOX network from 2000 to 2010, multiple seasons of the bachelor, who wants to Marry Harry, etc. I go the impression that she was a

Is... is this a spoiler for Infinity War 2: Avengers Eternity?

Then I should check it out. It said that on the Slate homepage, and I cancelled my download. I will rethink that based on your recommendation.

I couldn’t get past the headline that said, “who’s right?” Look, if shipping them gives you some comfort or joy in life, more power to you. But the second you attack the writers, actors, or creators for something being done with their characters, you’ve crossed a line.

This move makes about as much sense as the speed of the monster in It Follows. By that I mean initially it makes sense, what with it opening next to Jurassic World, then upon further inspection you realize that It Follows was overrated with a message that somehow managed to make those Christian movies about people who

I typically like the Nerdwriter (his Vertigo video essay on staging was one of the best anaylsis I’ve seen in a while, and everyone should have to do that level of detail before commenting on movies) but man... does he get it wrong here.

I was just being goofy. :)

Not Hawkeye. :)

See, I don’t mind the “Destroying Ego” thing, because of his mother, only because it was secondary to the fact that Ego was going to destroy the universe. You also might think that Thanos would be all over that.

True.

I cried during the 1998 Lost in Space Reboot. I felt so bad for William Hurt and those poor actors. No one deserved that.

It’s a shame that he couldn’t have kept as level a head as Tony Stark did when he found out that Bucky killed his mom. Of course, Gamora was featured in more movies than Tony Stark’s mom. And mentioned more than her. So....

I think Batman and Robin has probably aged better than the others, only for the fact that it embraces the campiness of it’s premise so hard. If they went more Adam West, this movie would be more fondly remembered. And I would argue that this movie serves as a template for the MCU in a way: the MCU constantly makes fun

I welcome our new cyborg overlords.

I keep wondering about why people are so mad at Star-Lord, especially since Gamora did the exact same thing which is why she was sacrificed for the Soul Stone. Or at Nebula who thought that fighting Thanos would be the best possible time to point out that Gamora was missing.

God, i hope so, my “The General” Fan fiction is really hitting some roadblocks.

Wait... do the Punisher people realize they’ve put him in something resembling his comic book costume?

it’s seemed like a bad SNL Sketch for a while, but it’s really hit home with those “The General” insurance commercials.
