However to easily transfer files and keep track of everything it would work better than Wave- it's just the lack of a commenting and annotation system that makes it not as useful.

DAMNIT! I just found a use for wave too... Me and my buddy write a lot of music and decided to come together to write an album. Wave makes it much easier than going back and forth via email and it's much more organized.
