So far it's been BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, mainly so I have a surface understanding of the game in time to watch it at EVO next week. Might get in some street fighter. Maybe. And if I'm extra ambitious maybe dragon quest builders 2.

Pity it's so hard to find a good controller for a good price.

I agree. My brother has a pair of red ones on his and I think it looks WAY better than the stock red and blue.

TV play was a big factor when I bought my original switch, but nowadays my handheld play probably makes up 95% or more of my gaming time.

I love that the only thing anyone has been able to talk about on any website even remotely related to FF7 is Tifa’s huge boobs. Her serious honkers. A real set of badonkers. She’s packing some dobonhonkeros. Massive dohoonkabhankoloos. Big old tonhongerekoogers.

>This is sound.

My switch is full of screenshots my two year old took on purpose, but the result is basically the same.

This is actually how I’m feeling about Fire Emblem Awakening right now. Never played it before, and I started on hard mode. Path to victory is narrower than I would like, so despite wanting to finish the story, I took one of those breaks that never ended.

Once again, I’m shaking my head in disappointment at the so-called “self regulatory” organizations that are supposed to protect consumers. ESA is acting more and more like a special interest group. Good for the WHO, I agree with the article that this is a step forward for mental health.

Barrett was and probably will continue to be one of my favorite characters from FFVII. I don’t mind his personality. At the risk of sounding racist (please don’t throw things at me), I would be sad if his character changed.

But can you really call it a hacking tool?

I loved making levels and I would often spend anywhere from 2 to 10 hours before deciding I was done with one.

This (busy), plus a *massive* game library.

Meh. If tournament organizers want to host an 8 minute game of Catch the Jigglypuff, they can. They set the rules, they host. The only reason camping is a strategy at all is because of arbitrary decisions made by TOs in the first place. to limit games to 1 v 1, 4 stock, 8 minutes, no sudden death, no items, only

This is exactly why I’m playing indie games instead of AAA. I’d love to bite into a big but budget RPG or adventure game like I used to do, but career and raising two kids means that I play Kamiko and other budget Indies in my spare moments instead, and I love them all the same.

This sounds magical. I'm going to set this up right now and play it at my next party!

Dabuz has such good taste.

Zack,

If you go online and buy a movie, or a wall poster, or a book, and it disappoints you because it’s poorly made, it’s buyer beware. It’s media. Media is buyer beware. It’s why there’s an entire industry around reviewing and scoring games.

I don’t even watch Melee and this makes me sad. It has been such a staple.
