Absolutely. I'm glad it didn't happen in front of the goons. It was very informative - to Mike and whoever else saw it - of just how much that interaction affected him. Some might call it a "tell".
When Jimmy asked Mike why they didn't keep the cash taken from the politico-crooks' house, Mike said: he (Mike) was paid to do a job. He did the job. That's all there was to it.
A criminal lawyer or a CRIMINAL lawyer?
The only color and affection Mike has in his life comes from Kaylee. Look at the footage inside Mike's house.
I'd hate to see that. It would be such a takedown for Kim to either end up with Jimmy or to ditch all she's worked hard to achieve, and her ethics, to join Jimmy on the dark side.
Yep. Whether it's back downstairs to doc review or out the door to Schweikart & Cole.
I 99% agree. I hope she's not partially feeling stuck because she feels attached to Jimmy's case (it'll go on for years) or to the one she brought in.
Partly true. But, "Why else do you think we have them?", you ask.
Yes. But I noticed Kim playing the game, too: briefly flicking on smiles for folks she passed in the hall, then turning it on brightly when shutting the conference room door. She compensated for that later, by donning her Giselle St. Clare, sister of Viktor persona.
Bestest ever oral hygiene and morning routine sequence was Dexter Morgan's
I thought it was appropriate that Kim didn't call Jimmy 'til after she'd "saved herself" (gotten her office back, gotten out of doc review, claimed her role on the case she brought in, and gotten back on the class action case Jimmy brought in).
Am I the only viewer who wondered why Kim's bedroom color scheme and decor looked like the work of a color-blind, taste-challenged person? Even if Kim hails from PWT, that bedroom seems uncharacteristic of even someone who may get help from dpt. store clerks to match her work suits, tops, and accessories.
So much so, that they crawl through dirt, ruining their suits, to reach a chapel in BB.
Traditional, established-v-non traditional newcomer; each with different approaches and thought processes. Traditional way's less fast and convenient than the new way.
Re: Asian woman - I agree.
And her early behavior (wordless looks, slamming shut Tobias' windowshade) was weird and inscrutable. I guess she's getting the writers' off-putting Michonne-afflicted-with-PTSD treatment
Ya mean "bolted".
I think their bond stems from similarities in their upbringings: PWT, besotted, abusive* parents, angry/not-afraid-of-anything older brothers. Also, I think the writers are purposely keeping Daryl asexual (unlike Denise), so he'll be a dreamboat to a greater swath of audience members.
Sasha deserves better than Abraham and better than Spencer. So does Rosita.
Did you miss the part where Denise told Daryl her twin's named Dennis? Or where Denise was eyeing named keychains at the apothecary shop?
