That’s a pretty clever trick. We live in the southern US so only happens a handful of times a year. I doubt the Civic has that but at least it doesn’t smell like crayons during the long summers. 

Absolutely correct. We have a 2012 Civic that has wipers tucked low into the cowl. Spent 20 minutes digging them out of the ice during a sudden storm last year.
