Yes, Good eye! Also if you look closely you can see a frog as well...hence the username FrogmanKouki.

Thank you sir. I did the zip tie trick for the first two years as well, so I can relate to the function over form. I decided I’d make it a bit more permanent when I had the car painted.
Japanese bumper with a Tennessee plate.
They’ve used a hairpin before, although it was a bit different...
Yes this is true, But it’s doubtful that Land Rover wouldn’t be willing to sell a license. Also with this being largely software based I can see a similar system being developed without too much legal trouble. Even in the worst case, the patent would only be good for 14 years since the filing date (which without a…
Sounds like that’s a Blipshift shirt waiting to happen....
Even if it is patented, we will still see it. Think of the licensing opportunities. The Big Three would love to have this on their trucks. I’d imagine Ford would be the first one interested in this tech. Plus it’s great for advertising and upsale.
Race car driver with an ego? I’ve never heard of such a thing.
I wouldn’t say less than the best...he’s the only current driver to have at least one win per season. That includes the seasons at Mclaren in which he was given a crap car. Also he has never been worse than 5th at the end of the season.
I understand why the Lotus is #1 and I completely agree but how did this car not make the top five.....
It was a joke......I realize how much they carry, I’m friends with numerous officers. Also since we’re being technical they are magazines not “clips”. The point is that is their job, if you’re not fit enough to keep up with the suspect maybe you shouldn’t be an officer. I don’t see obese fire fighters, but I see obese…
Not sure if PCP makes you super fast or if cops are just slow, pretty sure cops are just slow and easily juked.
Or for roughly the same price you could buy an SR swapped S-chassis. Also 4 cylinder, also turbo but NOT FWD and NOT A NEON . The SRT block may be “bullet-proof” but I’d rather spend my money on a better base platform. I’m sure this car could be talked down into the $4K range- https://clarksville.craigslist.org/cto/517…
Your right about one thing, Nico needs all the help he can get, he’s probably hoping for the worst. He’s been beat 9 to 1 in qualifying and 7 to 3 in the race (8 to 2 if we don’t count the last laps of Monaco). He’s spent 413 of 633 laps BEHIND Lewis...unless a miracle happens I say he loses #2 in the WDC to Sebastian.
Maybe you could find one that’s not from Canada, a lot of the money will go to fixing rust.
How will this car be less than 3000? It would need to drop over 500 lbs from the current M4. That’s not going to happen, it may have lost 50-100 pounds through carbon fiber but it will still be closer to 3500 lbs than 3000.
Most likely it’s a water/methanol mixture. The methanol greatly reduces the freezing point of the water. On second thought that’s too simple, BMW probably use a heated tank and heated lines, rather than letting chemistry work for them.
Come on BMW, really? This “technology” water(meth) injection, this has been around for nearly 100 years. Yes it’s neat and yes it works great for boosted engines, but why can’t you lay off the sensationalism just a bit. It would have been too hard to say it worked in the 1930’s and in WWII, we thought this “tech” will…
So true, what has been seen cannot be unseen.
