I’d say it’s a bit ironic that a man on top of his game get’s chastised for his social media and self promotion. While here in the states we have professional athletes that are involved in murder, domestic violence, gang violence, animal abuse, and drug possession.
If that distracts you don’t watch this video, it’s much more noticeable when he bounces his leg mid interview. But regardless of his social media the man can drive, you can’t take that from him.

I agree that would be a more “Apples to Apples” comparison but, if I were in Nissan’s marketing division I would have spun it the same way. Their point of view is performance/power per dollar rather than equivalent equipment.
