Honestly, for high dollar items, I would just mail it to them or to a family member or friend. I know it is technically yours after trying to make contact, but to me its just not work the risk of having them come after me and gives them no reason to contact me in the future.

“What.... I don’t remember you leaving your iPad here. Hey, did you see my new game console though?”

or just go...”what TV?”

Am I allowed to charge some sort of storage fee as a condition of return?

I think if you follow the above guidelines you should generally be safe. As abandoned property, you would have the right to dispose of it however you see fit, and if the result of that disposal is some beer money : bonus!

I’ll try to say this succinctly and elegantly:

I tip a buck or two for a good to-go order service (A reliable place that has all the fixins and additional items ready to go for me asap), but otherwise I generally agree.

If I have to go to a counter to get my beverage or food item, you do not get a tip

I’m sorry

Maybe if it’s some massive order or you’ve helped me with a special birthday donut or something, then I’ll tip.

I understand the pressure, I just usually power through it.

I’m a 20-25% tipper for table service. But buy-and-pay at

I’ve never had Amazon tell me to keep a misplaced package. I spent about 30 minutes on a chat with customer service with a few packages that weren’t mine at Christmastime one year. (One was a duplicate of a package we’d already received, and one was a Christmas gift that was supposed to go to the other side of the

Veronica wasn’t bad, but I really don’t think it deserves the “scariest movie on Netflix” praise it’s been getting everywhere. As far as horror movies go, it was fairly predictable, but the cinematography was fantastic. As a Spanish only flic however, a lot of people won’t be able to watch it and get the full effect

Dag you missed the entire point of the scorpion story. The scorpion stings the frog when they are halfway across the river. The frogs turns to the scorpion and says “Why would you do that, now we both going to drown “, the scorpion shrugs and says “Its just my nature”. The point is the frog foolishly believed the

Counterpoint: (the band) Tesla sucks.

Another good one I’ve heard is: Adults don’t ask children for help.

Look at the congress & senate votes, this was almost unanimous. If you really think rep or dem represent the people you are in for some harsh, sad, truth.

number 4 could be misconstrued as attempted assault depending on who you’re talking to and what you’re talking about. even at work, in a normal discussion, if someone touches me my blood starts boiling. i dont know how that’s even sound advice - suggesting people touch other people?? yikes.

“It’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission” is like America’s motto.

Am I the only one that read the title and thought it said Pornography instead of Photography? lol I did a double take when I opened and started reading the article.

Good article, but I have to nitpick about what’s depicted in the lead photo. Those big cylindrical things both on and off the circuit board are capacitors, not batteries.

imo, the type of battery [i.e. materials made of] had to be mentioned somewhere; I’m sure you know that not all you wrote applies to all types.

I have Netflix and Amazon Prime. I don’t want another service! Wah Wah Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!
