Any customer that does not appreciate the opportunity to own an Apple product, no matter how poorly designed, has personal problems that are not the purview of our troubleshooting techniques. I think it will be very hard to find a decent balance between free market and control. Maybe they can find a better way of ranking the apps, and easier filtering methods.

@PhantamaroK: are those books imported from Amazon, or are they books you uploaded directly to the phone and are trying to read them via the kindle app... cos that would make a difference. :)
