On the third floor of Nintendo’s U.S. headquarters, next to the conference rooms named after Mario and Donkey Kong,

I feel like an account system is coming (one day), and at that point I'll appreciate keeping the old unit. They seem to be aware of the desire according to recent quotes from management, but apparently it takes a long time to catch up with 2008.

A "lite" version would be awesome for exactly the reasons you mention.

The 3DS wasn't exactly doing well when it first released either.

Did someone take a dump in your cheerios this morning?

If it wouldn't be such a logistical nightmare, the only real solution to this is to have stuff distributed as close to the deadline that stores need to receive it by for launch date. If it's not there, the street date is less likely to be broken and you're less likely to have leaks.

Because Microsoft consistently make decisions that show they don't understand gamers and gaming, and Valve consistently show that they do. The source of a claim IS important. Valve have earned the right of a little faith from the gaming community.

Because let's be honest, the best exclusive game on that list is Forza 5 an for me that's worth the money for new hardware (exactly why I pre ordered

I remember last year when we were all complaining about the sheer amount of multiplats launching on Wii U as a reason to not buy in to the console. When I look at this launch line up though, most 90 percent of the games I could get on the PS3/360 an not have to spend $500 on new hardware.

Good stuff.

I think it's because often we all have the similar tastes and concerns. I think developers should realize that often when people post the same thing over and over it's not because we're dogging them for one thing just because we have nothing better to do. At one point, Mario & Luigi: Dream Team was going to have a volcano. It'd have been quite the spectacle: hundreds of
