He moved his hands closer together and deliberately Chopped Stone. Whether he meant to injure him or not is unknown, but a slash like that was just stupid. Subban’s job there is to push Stone away from the front of the net. Subban had no intention of getting physical...just rather give him the ‘ol BC two-hander

It was a blatant attack on a player. He wasn’t trying to lift the stick or get the puck because 1: the puck wasn’t anywhere near him, and 2: he swung from above in an axe-wielding motion. If this was Matt Cooke, we’d all be screaming that this guy shouldn’t ever be allowed to play in the league again.

I honestly don’t know why that deserved more than two minutes.

A 5.9 from the Russian judge!

Nice to see they were given an A for their effort.

Yeah, but if he hadn’t done that, no one would have ever heard of... what’s his name again?

He presumably sits behind newly signed Josh McCown on the Browns’ quarterback depth chart, but in February the team hired Kevin O’Connell—who trained Manziel leading up to the 2014 NFL draft—as quarterback coach.

Yes, definitely a 90's vibe to this. I like that feel, though. Takes me back as they say.

Do you need Deadspin to tell you that detonating home made bombs in a crowded area was not a good thing? Can you not get that from a hundred other news outlets?

There’s no need for commentary about the Boston Marathon bombing. Everyone is already on the same page. That’s what this editorial is about. Thank you.
