Thank you! I also am happy for me that Tiya Sircar as Vicki/ real Eleanor looks to be more in the mix this season. I love her antagonism to the demon/ actress that is cast as Chidi’s “soulmate” this season, and how much she is pissing off Michael with her complaining and being a diva.

The following “What???” from Chidi made it for me - the same intonation of exasperated confusion from the episode where both Eleanor and Tahani dumped him while Jason was marrying Janet

They hardly interacted this episode and Eleanor still managed to hit on Tahani at least twice. It’s impressive.

I love that the whole system falls apart so quickly because Michael doesn’t have any of the four humans quite as figured out as he thinks he does. I mean, he can figure out that Tahani will be tormented by a small house but not that setting her on such a quick downward spiral will wreck his plans. And I continue to

I really hope Vicky gets more screentime. She is so funny. Her desire to be involved in Chidi’s torture was so great.

I cackled with glee at Chidi going back to the almond milk as the cause of his eternal damnation.

So glad to have TGP back on my screen! Ted Danson (and his bowties) continue to be a delight. Tahani’s uncomfortableness with everything was wonderful I was laughing at the way Jameela Jamil delivered every line, she is so good. Once again TGP reminding me how much I am Chidi.

Shout-out to William Jackson Harper’s ability to imbue the word “what?” with a whole sentence’s meaning :)

While everyone’s tortures were interesting - except Eleanor’s, who’s uckily saddled with a meathead who goes to the gym at the drop of a shirt - Tahani’s made me cackle with glee. Short soul mate? Small house? Discovering why Crocs have holes? Absolute perfection. I could see a whole episode of her trying to deal with

Remember how there was a pretty little liars spin-off about ghosts fighting the devil and then when it got cancelled a character came back to pretty little liars and was like yeah I was fighting the devil but I got bored so I decided to help you with your high school bully instead, and then no one ever talked about

Lying.

Bex Taylor-Klaus would be good, except that she was already in the Arrowverse, and I’m hoping for a crossover at some point. Kiernan Shipka would be my ideal choice, assuming she’s not too busy playing Rachel in my imagined Animorphs adaptation.

I am down for this.

Hot take: Halloween: H2O was actually one of the better entries in the series because of how Curtis and the writers portrayed Laurie. They did what I thought was a solid job of showing how Laurie still bears the scars from that night without making her seem weak. And the look on her face when she sees Michael

This sounds cool. Also it might elevate Jamie Lee Curtis back closer to the top of my personal all-time favorite “Scream Queen” rankings, which would currently be as follows:

Being able to approach something on your own terms - or rather, it’s own terms - is huge in a way I don’t think gets enough credit, particularly given the internet’s slavish devotion to the backlash/backlash-to-the-backlash circle of life. Preconceptions can’t just be dismissed and context is everything. Being

an increasingly senseless, distorted reality that eventually collapses into an overlong hallucination of the shittiness of humankind.

No. The review clearly states that as time goes on they accumulate more and more people.

rapidly devolves into a violent nightmare of cannibalism, cultism, and genocide, gruesomely parodying the narrative of Christianity, from Genesis to the gospels.

I got a follower! It’s a spambot, sure, but it’s a SEXY spambot. And it’s here to stay, because I can’t figure out how to block users or report bullshit accounts.
