It’s not an exaggeration at all. The Trump administration is gonna get rid of Roe V Wade. Birth right citizenship. LGTBQ rights. No more legalized weed. Fuel economy rollback. It’s revenge of the 1950's white man. The white purge.

Native Americans in ND/SD beg to differ. Also, minorities. Also, immigrants. Also, women who like control over their own bodies. Also, non-”Christians” (not to be confused with actual followers of Christ’s teachings). Also, the Florida Red Tide. 

Depending on who you are, it might not be an exaggeration at all.

ha, you are/were not remotely cynical enough. Believe conservatives when they show us and have shown us for decades exactly who they are: they have been treasonous (see Nixon and South Vietnam, or Reagan with Iran) and racist (southern strategy, anti civl rights and anti VRA) oligarchs for the entirety of my lifetime.

It was supremely fake, as pointed out by Bill Maher on Friday’s show. The tears, the yelling, it was all an act to add a little bravado and make Daddy Trump happy.

You say that like you expected intellectual honesty and consistency. 

Doesn’t surprise me. Dr. Ford’s testimony is all they have to go on right now which is flimsy at beast from a legal standpoint. The FBI Investigation can really only hope to gather more corroborating testimony on her accusations, which might change the prosecutor’s read on the situation.

When a similar “controversy” started with Battlefield V it was pretty clear to me that it’s sad white boys upset that they have to share their power fantasy. WW2 soldiers, Roman generals, etc, are all the coolest people in the game, doing all the fun stuff, killing all the bad guys, being the heroes. It’s VERY unfair…

Richard Spencer said it himself. He doesn’t care about free speech, he cares about the tolerance of his ideas until he has enough power to silence his opposition.

The thing that gets me is these are the same people who call US too easily offended and triggered.

Imagine being so insecure that a fake woman holding a position of authority in a videogame made you uncomfortable. I'm not at all surprised that their celebacy is involuntary.
