You laugh. But an unstable person like him in real life would kill you in a heartbeat and you wouldn’t even see it coming.....

“Ok, so he was orphaned, and because of that he goes on to become a genocidal mass murderer? Does not compute, honestly.”

What makes Kylo Ren isn’t that he’s menacing, like Darth Vader, it’s that he’s unstable, powerful, and in a position of influence. His petulance is what makes him dangerous.

Man, I don’t know about you, but if I ran into a force user with trust and anger issues and a burning desire to rule the galaxy in dark alley one night, I’d piss my pants.

Tbf he’s the best villain Star Wars has ever gotten. And he’s miles better than any other movie villain in the last decade, except for maybe Michael B Jordan’s character in Black Panther

I think you meant to say “Saiyan/Human” hybrid there. Common mistake ;)

At this point, I’ll just assume there’s a parallel earth that everyone on the planet has been bitten by a radioactive spider. Their Peter Parker is the only one who doesn’t have spider powers and fights crime as Human-Man. His logo is probably a boot or a rolled-up newspaper.

Archaeologists have said this man was either a great warrior, or a terrible sailor.

Why do you insist on talking to me?

Anyone who uses the term “virtue signalling” is signalling that they can be ignored.

Same with reverse racism.

If you think doing good is bad, congrats, you may be a very hokey villain.

That’s like comparing a tangerine to a prize-winning pumpkin though, isn’t it? “Oh, they’re both the same” stops applying after a point.

Native Americans in ND/SD beg to differ. Also, minorities. Also, immigrants. Also, women who like control over their own bodies. Also, non-”Christians” (not to be confused with actual followers of Christ’s teachings). Also, the Florida Red Tide.

Depending on who you are, it might not be an exaggeration at all.

When a similar “controversy” started with Battlefield V it was pretty clear to me that it’s sad white boys upset that they have to share their power fantasy. WW2 soldiers, Roman generals, etc, are all the coolest people in the game, doing all the fun stuff, killing all the bad guys, being the heroes. It’s VERY unfair

Richard Spencer said it himself. He doesn’t care about free speech, he cares about the tolerance of his ideas until he has enough power to silence his opposition.

Projection is a hell of a drug.

The thing that gets me is these are the same people who call US too easily offended and triggered.

Imagine being so insecure that a fake woman holding a position of authority in a videogame made you uncomfortable. I'm not at all surprised that their celebacy is involuntary.
