She seems so normal. Like, if you went to the beach with Jennifer Garner, you would have frozen bottles of water to keep the juice boxes cool (doubles as cold water later!), and plenty of sunblock, and probably a good book to read.

My last roommate was like this and it was infuriating. She would always “do” stuff for me (cook dinner, sew a button back on, etc.) under the guise of kindness, but she was really just trying to infantilize me and make me dependent on her all while being emotionally manipulative and cruel. Almost a year after moving…

I’ve been making it a point to read and find out more of each of the victims as they are named. I was reading through Martyn Hett’s twitter, a young man who tragically was lost, and he gave me an unexpected laugh this morning:

Are we supposed to be upset that the dancers were fired? What were they expecting when they went to Taylor’s team and say they wanted to skip out on her tour and go dance for Katy? It’s not like they could dance in both tours.

Your comment makes me wonder if I misunderstood the situation. I thought the two tours overlapped so the dancers couldn’t do both at the same time. I had read it that they had to quit Swift’s tour to do Perry’s but did I just make that assumption for no reason?

I thought Katys song was about spit or swallow decision.

Goddammit. I never would have believed this. Cobain yes, the Layne Staley and Scott Weiland ODs yes, but there was something so joyful and alive to me in Soundgarden’s music despite the dark lyrics. There is a swagger there, a “listen to this motherfuckers” vibe that I thought could only come from a gunslinger intent…

Unfortunately sometimes just prior to a suicide the person can seem happier than normal, and this is often because they have made a decision to follow through with a plan, and are experiencing feelings of relief, etc. It’s really depressing and sad.

THANK YOU!!! She specifically laid out the problems in an interview she did about the whole deal, and how she was treated disrespectfully when she questioned the most basic things. She was supposed to shut up and take whatever was thrown to her. Standards and respect are for OTHER PEOPLE, see.
