The issue wasn't that they changed tune. The issue is how adamant and basically prideful in their initial approach. It was completely "My way or the high way." They were basically hostile to any sort of criticism.

Rockstar is a Western company. Konami is a Japanese one. This is an important distinction.

Yes, exclusives are an archaic policy that needs to go away tomorrow. People would revolt certain movies only worked on Sony Blu Ray players and others on Samsung, Panasonic, LG etc. What if Facebook only worked in IE, you wouldn't go there. Yet somehow people defend consoles because of their exclusives. Exclusive are
