In order to have more people play it, we must compromise the very values of what made the series great. Let's add micro-transactions, explosions, and a whole lot of unwarranted expletives!

The ESRB is not a government entity. Relying on a non-governmental entity to determine legality or tax brackets is unacceptable.

More action based like TERA, but still retains a heavy "DDO" feel to it. (Being hit is very bad and recovery isn't always easy.)

My knee-jerk reaction is positive. It feels like it has the gravity of Dark Souls, with the uncertainty of EvE Online, with the charm of Final Fantasy XI.

SOE isn't SCEA though.

That.. is the most disturbing thing I've seen in the past four days.

... just how loud was this kid screaming? : /

I refuse to buy the $80 version. $20 for what is essentially some building designs from France, Germany, and Britain doesn't get me. I'll stick with modern US. There's going to be a lot of DLC in this one though.. Much like The Sims.

So... another parent got to decide how another adult either spends his free time or how another parent handles his or her kid. Way to go! Don't get me wrong, parents have no reason to ignore the ESRB in any form and it's just pure laziness that they aren't paying attention to the vast amounts of information available.

The problem is, many people who develop games like this say one thing, but do another. APBR and Planetside 2 are examples of that. Path of Exile is at least doing a great job at proving their stance so far.

"So if we're going to bring those people into our world, let's speak their language, but let's not alienate our fans at the same time."

The whole thing is about being able to mod a game that the developers claimed was "too hard" to mod for.

But that's HARD to do. Politicians and police should stop my kids from doing stuff like playing Grand Theft Auto!

What bugginess? I've had ZERO problems so far outside of some minor UI problems on the main menu. Zero crashes, no problems with audio, not problems with controls, not a single issue with the game's presentation.

Gameplay and design suffers because of the limited capabilities of the 360. 512MB of vRAM, an old triple-core CPU (that admittedly can handle six threads), a service that requires you to pay monthly for the privilege of playing online when you're already paying for it at the cash register for the game or for the

At significant cost. It took them four years to eventually get it on the 360 and PS3. Even then the question comes up "at what cost?" Certainly resolution suffered there, and I'm betting a good deal of the higher end settings are probably scraped down in some way (360 has 512MB of RAM for the GPU, I think.. that's

The farg? Shanks is still doing video? He disappeared on me back when he "finished" Doomsday Arcade!

Please.. the consoles have been stagnant for so long they forget what new hardware needs to be.
