That probably means you have a strong immune system. Enjoy :)

It's totally good to mention, it's one of those telltale signs that can mean a more serious issue. I posted about this too, it's also a low-thyroid symptom. I used to have back-of-the-arm bumps, I have celiac and Hashimoto's thyroiditis. They went away with diet change and thyroid medication.

Are they bumps? My former doctor would always check to make sure the backs of my arms were smooth because you get bumps from low thyroid (I'm on thyroid hormone replacement). Check this list:

I regularly use ACV in water for reflux – but not as a regimen, just a shot in a glass of water. It does work for me, but I also have low stomach acid and have to take stomach acid supplements with meals. I don't have regular reflux, just situational reflux.

Here you go. This shows some good examples, including one with the aforementioned Lance Armstrong card.

I asked the same question, and another commenter said the "1-2 weeks" isn't consistent with what she wrote elsewhere, it was 5-6 weeks. You do have to wait until about 6 weeks (from LMP) to have a surgical (aspiration) abortion, so they can confirm a uterine pregnancy with ultrasound.

Thanks, I do understand that since I had one myself. I checked on the terminology, and aspiration abortion is under the umbrella of surgical abortion.

Thank you for the clarification. I wasn't doubting her, but I was wondering if that was an inaccuracy – and it was. I wouldn't want women to get the wrong information about surgical abortions.

How could she have a surgical abortion if she was only 1-2 weeks pregnant? Don't they need to do an ultrasound first to confirm a uterine pregnancy? (At least they did when I had an abortion 10+ years ago). They also told me I had to wait until at least 6 weeks (from LMP) to have the procedure.

...a Tori Spelling story claims she wants to talk to Emily Goodhand, the woman Dean McDermott cheated with, and "she's hoping for a public showdown on TV." Provided that Goodhand exists, of course.

Tall Teavana® Oprah Chai Tea Latte has 40 mg of caffeine in it.

How about the biggest TV story of the week that GoT turned a sex scene into a rape scene that diminishes one of its strongest female characters?

I also think the fact that the OP feels the right to monopolize the comments, on the story of a girl's murder with his own personal experience on how rape culture doesn't

This is ridiculous, there are trace amounts of allowable contamination in all our food and drink. They should just test this kid to make sure he doesn't have antibiotic-resistant gonorrhea, Hep B, or something else transmissible, and call it a day if he's OK. It would serve him right to have to go though a bunch of

I Googled the story and everyone else is reporting "38 million gallons" of water in the reservoir.

Washington Post:
Portland, Ore., will discard 38 million gallons of drinking water after surveillance video showed a 19-year-old man urinating into a reservoir.

All the other news sources say "38 million gallons" of water. Who is correct here? #correction

He'll get the right amount of wood without having to do math.

Hahahahaha... my father is an excellent carpenter precisely because he's good at math, and careful with measurements and tools. "Measure twice, cut once" is a carpenter's motto. Building a bookshelf usually requires a lot of math-based questions before you

I don't know if it's related, but I took Zofran (Ondansetron) last year both times I got Norovirus (2x in one year, yay me!). That drug saved me! It seems that virus makes me vomit so hard I bleed from my throat, so the only thing I can do is get a strong anti-emetic drugs. Vomiting doesn't even phase me that much,

Very honestly, if I live that long and get cancer, I'm not fighting it at all... I'm going to start smoking, drinking, eating donuts (gluten and sugar free now), and maybe pick up a heroin habit. I know that sounds crass, but I mean it.

On a related note: We have an extended family member who has metastasized cancer,
