I once heard somebody say that pregnancy is a hope, not a promise.

The sad face sticker on the door really hit home for me.
I am so sorry for your loss. One of my good friends lost her baby at 32 weeks this past December. I think about her and her husband all the time. ((HUGS))
I am so sorry for your loss.
I think because it’s less chance for complications and an easier recovery for the woman. C-Sections, while routine, are still considered major surgery.
You are an absolute warrior.
A girl I work with spends a shit ton of money on handbags like Chanel, Louis, etc. She probably has about $10,000 worth of bags, EASY.
Me too...I want blonde hair so bad, but SO MANY CHEMICALS...UGH!
Hello fellow Massachusetts liberal who also owns firearms.
My husband and I own 6 guns. Two shotguns, two handguns and two rifles. We are both relatively young, liberal, New England born citizens. We enjoy hunting and shooting at the range.
I went to college with Lin. It makes me so happy to see how successful he’s become. He is seriously one of the nicest, funniest and most talented people I’ve ever known. He is one of those people that truly deserves the recognition he’s received.
I think co-sleeping is baby in the bed with you, but I could be wrong. I did both. Slept with baby in bed, literally on my chest and then also in a rock-n-play next to the bed. Never thought I would do either, but I did what I had to do. Transitioned to a crib around 10/12 weeks.
One month old is way too young. You may get lucky with an easy baby who sleeps well, but more than likely, you’ll deal with sleep regressions around 4 and 9 months (there are later ones as well). It is around these marks that people typically sleep train their babies.
Here’s what we did that seemed to work:
I also had zero desire to co-sleep and ended up doing it for 8 weeks. Never say never.
If they haven’t complained, then I wouldn’t worry about it mama. You have way more to think about then whether or not your neighbors are sleeping. You were nice enough to warn them and provide them with earplugs. Maybe they’re deep sleepers, who knows, the point is, you shouldn’t be worrying about their needs. They’re…
I feel you mama. With all of it.
Never say never. Things I said I wouldn’t do before I had kids:
Maybe some babies, but my son unfortunately inherited my light sleeping genes and wakes up at the sound of my dog walking by on the carpet.
I call them the PTUs...Pup Thermal Units.
