Great tip. Most of the time a supportive referee wants to do you the favour of providing a constructive reference and it only makes sense to nudge them in the right direction.

Yeah, I'm the same way. I'll get the smallest cup of coffee on the menu and nurse it for an hour and a half while I do my stuff.
