Well, Mike Tyson was sentenced to 6 years and served 3. That puts him below the average at the time of 9.75 years sentenced and 5.42 years served.

I see now that it wasn’t clear but what I was trying to say is that a black man will recieve a harsher sentence for rape (or any crime) than a white man. If the black man is a skilled athlete, that will mitigate his sentence, although that may still not be enough to reduce his sentence to what the white man gets.
