That’s not an argument against the law, just an argument against applying this law retroactively, and an argument I can respect. But I think given the circumstances this one should be applied retroactively.

When they agree to accept it, it’s fair to require them to stay in that city or repay the amount financed (and not just what remains owed - the whole thing).
