Ah. Thank you for clarifying. I have never been so glad to have misunderstood someone on the internet.
Are you suggesting that a “very invasive and humiliating” procedure should be a standard punishment for MINORS found guilty of sex crimes?
I’m guessing you don’t own a car.
Because I for one, place a very high value on fixing the things I have.
You're right. The cop was just afraid.
That totally explains why he planted the taser on Mr. Scott's body.
And why he reported that he was afraid for his life BECAUSE his taser had been taken. Even thought the video clearly shows that Mr. Scott's primary contact with the taser was on the receiving end.
What evidence…
I would love to see this scientific data you claim to have. But tell me, is there comparable data on bonobos? On humans? What is the test for "ability to consent"?
How do you know he abused the dolphin?
So... You object to him using the word consent to describe something he perceived as consensual because it's a fraught legal battle field for abuse victims... Like himself?
I think you're missing the part where the dolphin didn't just stay... It initiated the sexual contact.
Why do you think the dolphin didn't give consent "Full stop"? Because it sounds like a form of consent to me.
If the "rapist" was swimming in a body of water then yes. Of course there are other reasons victims don't run away.... Like fear of social consequences, or if they are being otherwise coerced.
How exactly did this fellow abuse an animal?
