Other than the one problem that stuck out early on, great article. As a consumer/recipient, I’m pretty sure Amazon tends to use Flex program drivers for Same-Day Prime delivery. They should broadcast what the pilots can see to the onboard TVs instead of a movie that no one wants to see.

They could have the exit drop down and then collect the tubes on an elevator/lift of sorts back to the entrance. Seems more efficient and gets people who leave the ride back to ground level more quickly.
