I hope you area aware that you might be obsessed with the Supra, and not evaluating their value in a rational manner. Much like a piece of land can be worth $5,000 in the country, and $50,000 in the city, you seem to find be placing an inflated value on the Supra due to your crush on the car.

This car does not have a turbo... straying into the realm of 1000HP supras is pointless, since I will point you toward a Lotus that has been tuned to it's gills with $thousands$ of extras, and we suddenly find ourself drowning in GT5/Forza fantasy BS.

The problem is this... if you are madly in love with the Supra, and want to buy one, then $19,200 might be a nice price.

Mazda RX-7 FD, stock, and well maintained... so hard to find, and when you do, the seller often wants more than the original MSRP.

You can walk down the center of a 40 MPH zone if you please, though you can be ticketed if you are not in the act of legally crossing, as you do not qualify as a vehicle.

For obtaining energy from fuel, higher compression ratios are certainly more efficient... but come at the cost of higher emissions, namely NOx (NO & NO2).

Bit of advice... assume nothing, base no judgement on 'seat of the pants' experience and mpg calculations from only 10 gallons of gas (think 100+ gallons for good figures), and do not believe everything you read.
