Size of wheels does not make something a motorcycle or moped. It is more determined by the engine displacement and transmission type than anything.

never understood these.... a quick 5 minute scrub of the bathtub will make it clean enough for me to be willing to drink straight out of the tub after giving it a quick rinse.... Contamination for longer storage shouldn't be a concern, since you can always boil the water after a few days...

I wouldn't eliminate motorcycles from consideration due to incliment weather concerns, since that is like saying that you can't go for a walk if it is raining outside (you might get wet!).

Fathom, if you will, that some buildings have rooms without windows... and that the larger the building, the fewer the rooms with windows.

standard homebrew laws apply, and minors are permitted to consume with consent and supervision of their legal gaurdians...

Part of developing DIY skills is learning what things need improved respect in life... learning how electricity can kill you, how hydraulic pressure can maim you, and how tampering with load bearing walls in your house may bring the roof down.

Like anything where you set an arbitrary cutoff on permissions of access, providing active discussion on the topic at younger ages (which home brew will assist in) will provide a better understanding of the substance.
