“Next up, workin’ on my tax return. LOL just kidding!”

In the first picture, it looks like the two girls on the left are not white.

Please, PLEASE point to me the incidences of blackface where the wearer smears just a little but of charcoal on their face and calls it a day. Just one link to a minstrel act where the lily-white performer has just a smidgen of black on their cheeks.

Or you can admit you’re looking in the wrong place to be outraged.

The second picture is supposed to be a play on "gold diggers", they literally want to look like they have coal/dirt smudges on their face.

They are clearly dressed “Gold Diggers” aka Coal Miners.

Get with it, you fucked up

The only people saying it’s coal on their faces are people in the comments section. I’m pretty sure it’s just supposed to be dirt.

Also facial tans fade much faster due to the extra washing and exfoliating faces get. But you know, burn the witches.

In fact, if you look closely the girl on the right’s face is slightly lighter than the rest of her body. Which maybe this kind of proves how incredibly stupid it is to be looking this hard for a way to be offended?

Since they started hard rock mining for gold...

They didn’t do anything wrong here. Get over it.

I think you are 100% correct. it is not offensive in anyway.

So I looked at all the pics on The Daily Bruin, and none of the pictures showed people wearing blackface. As an Angeleno, I’m inclined to believe that the tan girls are that tan all the time. (Yay skin cancer...)

So, I have no idea what’s in this law. I suspect you don’t either because you didn’t include any actual legal analysis.

The phrase “substantially similar work” is a meaningful one. It means that workers don’t have to have the exact same set of duties to demand equal pay, rather they need to hold equal value at a company.
