That's OK. EA can just give the schools generic names and logos, and allow players to edit them if they so choose. And if they edit them to the names and logos of actual schools, that's on them. The generic schools would, of course, not be meant to represent actual NCAA schools.

Pool rules were meant to be ignored. They're posted strictly as a CYA move for pool owners looking to avoid liability. That means the NO RUNNING edict gets ignored, as does the DON'T PROP OPEN THE GATE rule and the NO PUSHING rule.
