I LOVED those folding cars when I was a kid. Mid 90's when I was around 7 years old I saw a folding paper car maybe as an advertisement in a paper airplane book. I thought the idea was brilliant and developed my own hand-drawn blueprint and made the entire NASCAR field at the time. A few years later I learned enough

Rural AM radio? Yes, many things. Mostly the fact that it’s a bunch of ill-informed, angry, right-wing loons spouting conspiracy theories and other dangerous garbage.

Trailering a manual car in gear is like grinding your teeth at night. Don’t do it.

That would go well with all of the fake American flags and Punisher logos.

Louisiana State Police called the officers’ action ‘awful but lawful.’

Me to   ;)

I love those Eagles so much. I am pretty sure that evey one sold in Ontario has rusted away completely by this point. Every now and then I try to find one online and my wife asks why I want such an ugly car. Might have to divorce her. Of course, she might take all my money and then I would be wifeless and eagleless.

Never seen one of those with two doors before. That’s neat.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen the Eagle Premier as it’s badge engineered sibling the Dodge Monaco in person or one in the USA badged as a Renault Premier.

Eagle - I think I’ve only seen one of these in my lifetime, a neighbor had an old Eagle Vision and I thought “what the hell is an EAGLE!?” and looked it up on the internet. Sure enough, it was a whole brand that I’d never even heard of (they dissolved when I was very young).

A guy in my mountain-top neighborhood had one when I was a kid. He used to piss off all the guys with 4x4 Broncos by keeping up with them on the steep pipeline access road they all liked to go offroading on.

Then you’ll be floored to know that there was a Dodge Monaco version of this too.

I worked with a girl that somehow managed to acquire an AMC Eagle. She fell asleep while driving home and rolled it multiple times across a field. I saw the aftermath, and it took surprisingly little damage. Those things are tanks.

Congrats. You’re that “Congrats. You’re that “Congrats, you’re ‘that...

Just doing the Lord’s work.

Congrats. You’re that “Congrats, you’re ‘that guy’ on this thread” on this thread

Nice ford/mazda front end.

Because it actually has some character instead of being another anonymous lump of plastic.

Oh, yeah, absolutely nice price. $2000 is absolutely fuck it money, and this would make a waaaaay better grocery getter than any modern crossover.

The cars can be fixed, and the drivers are uninjured.  The nostalgia you can taste was worth it.  Nice to see them running and not gathering dust.
