What, a UTVs and golf carts can be legal in Rhode Island to drive on the stroad. They have a new law that allows them on sub-35 mph roads. Do we they need to even register the vehicle (UTVs aren’t, they just have to meet regulations).

Just yesterday I was sitting at a light contemplating life without needing to drive. I bike everywhere, but sometimes I have to drive, and I hate it. I love driving for fun, not for every day things. It’s just dumb. Give me rail, please. I think that’s my next place. 

Lovely. I have a bad habbit of making my vacations road trips, driving as much as possible to see it all. It’s exhausting and not leisurely. GO TO ICELAND and drive the ring road. Most alien world you can visit easily.
