Yes, and that was my assumption when I first started reading about these (lens flares, reflections, etc.), but they were picking them up on multiple systems, which rules that out. There are possibly other non-high-tech explanations, but I have yet to see one which is really solid. I think the most likely explanation…

One of my favorite explanations for UFOs is essentially lens flares. Sometimes they look very convincing and move erratically and very fast as you try to track them.

Metric to SAE errors usually happen in conversion. Like that mars lander that crashed, it wasn’t that they didn’t convert, it was because they had converted back and forth so many times that there was rounding error.

I always find it funny that conspiracy idiots, be it flat-Earthers or Moon-hoaxers question the shit out of these things, yet reject any piece of information that isn’t from their equally retarded circlejerk(most of that said “information” just contributes more to their idiocy).
