Don’t tell me what to do, Dannis. Salt and Vinegar plus a Port of Passion is what my teeth crave!

Massive picture fail here. Don’t we get enough grief about “Chicago style pizza is a lasagna” without leading with a picture of lasagna?
This article was Potato Cake erasure! It’s one thing for Arby’s to kill it off, but it should stay #1 in our hearts forever.
The big issue with Fruit Stripe wasn’t so much its lack of flavor or market share, it’s that Ferrara doesn’t make any other gum products. it just didn’t make sense to continue making gum - not only did it not have great market share but it had to be more expensive to produce than, say, Wrigley’s as they had no…
They are very good. Of course, I liked Nerds Ropes too.
Just wait until it’s the voice of someone you know. When your mom starts asking if you wouldn’t like a larger order of fries...
Cherry cordials are your aunt’s favorite candy (and as your Mom is generally also someone’s aunt, it’s probably hers too). Apparently, America hates their Moms.
Which are the quality ones?
I mean, how can you be mad at peppermint bark? Maybe they’re just getting the crappy stuff made with white confectioners coating rather than real chocolate?
My mom’s side of the family were all from the North Woods of Wisconsin and I spent many summers waaaay up north, so cheese curds have been part of my life forever. The best of the Wisconsin curds are lightly dipped in beer batter (tempura will do too) for a shattering crunch. Culver’s are hot trash - entombed in a…
I pretty much always choose Popeyes over KFC but boy do they make it hard. It’s nearly impossible to find a Popeyes that is actually well-managed - the only one I’ve ever seen that is run at even a Dairy Queen Brazier level of competence is the one in Northwest Station (Ogilvie) in Chicago.
Red Robin had an A1 burger forever. It was my favorite burger on the menu (I rarely went there, but when I did...).
It was more of an A1 flavored mayo but it was damn tasty.
Yes - I learned this at Fuddruckers. I’m not a fan of ketchup on french fries - if I dip, it’s BBQ or some aioli. For a long while, Fuddruckers had no BBQ sauce but, for odd reasons, they had plenty of Heinz 57.
I tried it once and loved it for that purpose. It’s strong, so a little goes a long way, but so, so good.
Back in the early 80s, they used to sell toppings by the pound. It was kind of ridiculous seeing some thin crust pizzas coming out that looked like a Baked Alaska of pizza.
Yeah, if you ask “do you have sympathy for writers or management”, you’ll definitely get “writers.” I do wonder what the results for “management vs actors” would shake out - actors are more popular than writers in theory, but “battle of rich actors vs rich management” might not shake out quite as lopsided.
Does anyone who doesn’t read places like this site or Deadline really even have much of a take on this strike? I’m not detecting much of an interest in it, frankly, aside from some grumbling about films being moved around.
The very limited upside to this storm is it hit the only main region of the state that was still in moderate drought, as well as the only part of Nevada that is experiencing drought.
nvm
If you select the regular “Egg McMuffin” on the app and click “Customize”, it very clearly has “Substitute Bacon” check right there.
