There’s several configurations of road courses available at Pocono. My local Porsche Club is doing a 3-day, 3-configuration event there in September.

I reject your use of the word “road course.” Charloette is more like a race through a mall parking lot. Pit exit is right on top of the braking zone for T1. The rest of the track is absurdly off camber. BOOOOOOOOO! Take it to Barber or VIR, NASCAR!

It you want to get a taste of this car at The Ring, find a friend with iRacing. They released this car in the game over the winter. It’s a total blast. I wish I had a video of me driving it the first time. I think I was giggling the entire session.

8 seconds over 7+ minutes is nothing. A couple of degrees of temp difference or a slightly different tire compound is all it would take.
