Does the Mustang share the same 2.0L turbocharged 4-banger from the Escape and Focus ST?

Some cheap pop and sizzle can be had by taking out the resonator and replacing it with a straight pipe. There are a bunch of video/audio clips on focusst.org. Search for resonator delete. The accessport is BY FAR the best bang for your performance buck.

For what it's worth, our Jetta TDI has NEVER had a tank less than 42 MPGs. EPA highway is 41. We've hit 54 on road trips.

Yeah, it was a bit hilly. But not bad. I was at probably 5k miles when I last tested the MPGs.

Great idea. I'll try that... j/k. Yes, of course I reset it. I had to drive well under the speed limit to get close to 30.

I run the Cobb OTS stage 2 tune. I tried the economy tune for a couple of hours once on a long road trip just for kicks. On a related topic, the new Cobb software now installs your primary tune along with a fuel economy tune in the car. You can switch back and forth with a click of the cruise control +/- buttons (at a

HA! No, the Focus ST puts out all the time! That bitch in the Sync system is another matter entirely. I'd backhand the LCD screen if I thought it would help.

I worked up a spreadsheet on this before I posted. The math is solid, man.

I'm filing this under B for Bullshit until we get some real world testing done. My Focus ST is supposedly good for 34 or 35 on the highway. Even with Cobb's Economy Tune installed (limits boost and throttle input), I have never seen 30. BTW, I volunteer to do said real world testing in the Stingray. Just let me know

The dude with his crotch squared up with the business end of the exhaust is a brave, brave man.

They missed the mark a bit on this... there should be a mention that the session will be immediately red flagged if a driver takes one step toward the racing line. And if you cause said red flag for your asshatery, they should include in the rules an ENORMOUS penalty. Like, immediate DQ from the driver's championship.

Nice job slipping the Abarth in there!

Hands down, the best exhaust note under $100,000. And a strong contender for the best exhaust note of a production vehicle at any price!

There are a lot of Volt owners, I guess.

Predicting an all-time low click through rate with that title. The only commenters are going to be from Volt owners talking about how superior their cars are.

Fuck this guy and his absurdly priced mods.

I don't understand why the race isn't instantly red flagged the moment a driver takes a step toward the racing line. I don't blame the Stewart, I blame the stewards!

Face it, GM tweaked the software just so that the car could qualify for the EV tax credit.

You're all obviously drunk on the KoolAid that came with your Federal Tax Credit. Motor + battery = hybrid.
