So he invited an asshole fringe guest (which is kind of the point) and he, a comedian, made a tasteless joke. We don’t have to applaud those poor decisions, but come on. There’s nothing significant to be outraged about here. We would all benefit if people weren’t so incredibly touchy all the time.

I’ve often found that the people who “don’t want to talk about politics” or “hate divisiveness” or “don’t understand all the hate these days” are people who aren’t at any risk of being affected by any divisive policies or bigotry.
